Located in Woodhall Spa, the Petwood Hotel is a treasured part of the history of Bomber County, as the county of Lincolnshire is often referred to.

Famous as the home of four RAF Squadrons in the Second World War, most notably 617 Squadron ‘The Dambusters’, the hotel is steeped in wartime history with many memorabilia and artefacts, including a prototype of Barnes Wallis’s ‘bouncing bomb’ in the memorial garden. The squadron bar is regularly open for public viewing and is also available for private hire.

You can extend your visit with a stay at the hotel.
